Steps for checking PNR status in Northern Railway

The steps for checking PNR status using Indian Railways website are as follows

(1)          Visit the page http://www.indianrail.gov.in/pnr_stat.html

(2)          Keep your PNR number handy. The PNR number is a 10 digit number located on left side of ticket

(3)          You should quote this PNR number and insert it in the empty fields for checking the status of your ticket.

(4)          After inserting the correct PNR number, you can click on GET PNR status button located below the query box.
